Website operator

This website is operated by Rehoben Inspiraxion Media Ltd, company number 16221081. Our contact address is Aceros Buildings, 1 Concourse Way, Sheffield City Centre, S1 2BJ. You can contact us at africanoriginuk@gmail.com or +44 7440 730240.

Responsibility and contact

Rehoben Inspiraxion Media Ltd, company number 16221081, is responsible for personal information it receives in business enquiries and membership applications. Contact africanoriginuk@gmail.com or write to Aceros Buildings, 1 Concourse Way, Sheffield City Centre, S1 2BJ for privacy questions and requests.

The contact form

The contact form prepares an enquiry on your device for you to review. Selecting Open email draft opens your email app with a message addressed to africanoriginuk@gmail.com. You must press Send in that app to deliver the enquiry. You can also copy the message into your email, or choose the WhatsApp option. RIM does not receive the form contents when you prepare, review or copy the draft, and does not save contact enquiries in its website database.

Information and purpose

When you send an enquiry, RIM receives the contact details, message, correspondence details and any optional organisation or location information you provide. We use these to respond, discuss the proposed work and manage any resulting business relationship. Share information relevant to the enquiry. Please agree a suitable route before sending full scripts, confidential proposals or sensitive personal information.

Membership applications and administration

The membership form saves your name, email, location, professional interests, experience, submitted links and other application answers in the website database for authorised RIM reviewers. RIM uses this information to assess your application, record a human membership decision, communicate with you and administer relevant membership activity. Approval does not publish your application or a member profile. Your optional profile preference permits a discussion only; publication requires separate agreement. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential creative material.

Membership choices and communications

The three required declarations record the accuracy statement, acceptance of membership terms and acknowledgement of this privacy notice. They are separate from the optional choice to receive promotional emails. You can withdraw that promotional choice, request correction or deletion, or leave the network by emailing africanoriginuk@gmail.com. Application receipts appear on screen; the website does not send an automatic receipt or decision email. RIM handles membership correspondence manually.

Membership access, retention and security

Applications are available only through the authorised RIM review area and are not included in a public directory. We use application information for our legitimate interest in assessing and administering this professional network, taking account of applicants’ reasonable expectations and rights. We retain applications while review, membership administration or relevant follow-up requires them, review their continuing purpose and delete information when no longer needed. Short-lived hashes of connection information help limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the membership database. The hosting platform may separately process technical information to deliver and secure the service.

Lawful grounds

For ordinary enquiries, our legitimate interest is communicating with people who approach RIM and assessing relevant business opportunities. We use information necessary for those purposes, considering your reasonable expectations and privacy rights. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, or we perform that contract, we use information necessary for those steps or that agreement. Legal obligations may require retention of particular transaction records.

Retention criteria

We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, assess the proposal or manage agreed follow-up. After an enquiry closes, continued retention depends on whether further correspondence is reasonably expected, whether a contract or transaction resulted, and whether particular records are needed for applicable accounting obligations or a specific dispute. Information is to be reviewed against those purposes and deleted when no longer needed. Contact us to ask which criteria apply to your enquiry or to request deletion where applicable.

Providers and sharing

The site is hosted through Sites. Hosting may involve technical connection and access information needed to deliver and secure the website. Email and WhatsApp are external services with their own privacy information. Relevant correspondence may be accessed by people acting for RIM where needed to respond or deliver agreed work, and disclosed where required by law. Enquiries are not automatically enrolled into a mailing list. RIM’s website code has no analytics or advertising trackers. Membership decisions are made by an authorised reviewer, not an automated scoring system. Membership applications are saved separately in the site database.

International services

Hosting and communication providers may process information outside the UK. Their notices explain their processing and any stated transfer arrangements. Contact RIM for information about a provider involved in your enquiry. See OpenAI privacy information for the hosting platform, alongside your email and messaging providers’ notices.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of information. Contact africanoriginuk@gmail.com. We may need proportionate information to identify the correspondence concerned and will respond in line with applicable requirements. These rights are subject to their relevant conditions.

Your right to object

You can object to use of personal information based on legitimate interests. Explain what use you object to and your circumstances so we can assess the request. Contact africanoriginuk@gmail.com.

Concerns and future services

You can raise a concern with RIM using the contact details above and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through the ICO complaints service. This notice describes the current website, enquiry route and membership application process. Relevant privacy information will be provided before new bookings, accounts, newsletters, analytics or other services are introduced.
