Who operates the network
The network is operated by Rehoben Inspiraxion Media Ltd, company number 16221081. Contact africanoriginuk@gmail.com or write to Aceros Buildings, 1 Concourse Way, Sheffield City Centre, S1 2BJ.
Applying and joining
Founding membership is free and subject to RIM’s review and approval. Provide accurate details and apply only on your own behalf or with authority to represent the named organisation. RIM may request clarification or evidence of work or potential. Submitting an application is not acceptance, a booking, representation or a contract for project services.
Professional conduct
Represent your identity, experience and work honestly. Treat others respectfully and support an inclusive professional community. Respect confidential information, intellectual property and agreed permissions. Obtain permission before sharing another member’s details. Do not use the network for spam, harassment, misleading offers or unauthorised use of RIM’s name, logo or branding.
Benefits and opportunities
Introductions depend on relevance, availability and the agreement of those involved. Opportunities, spotlights, networking activities and member offers are provided as available and subject to any published conditions. Membership does not guarantee work, commissions, finance, representation, distribution, a public profile or an endorsement of a member’s services. Members should assess proposed collaborators and agree project scope, fees, rights, responsibilities and delivery directly.
Public profiles and your work
An expression of interest in a public profile gives RIM permission to discuss a profile with you; it does not authorise automatic publication of your application. RIM will agree the material and permission before publishing a profile or spotlight. You retain ownership of your work; membership does not transfer rights in scripts, recordings, images or other creative material.
Communications and privacy
RIM uses application details to assess membership, communicate decisions and administer the network. Optional promotional emails require the separate choice on the application form. You may withdraw that choice by emailing africanoriginuk@gmail.com. Read the privacy notice for how information is handled and how to make a request.
Ending membership and raising concerns
You can leave the network or raise a concern by contacting africanoriginuk@gmail.com. RIM may decline applications or suspend or end membership where professional standards are not met. Please provide a concise account of any concern and relevant supporting information, without sharing material you do not have permission to disclose.
Changes and separate services
Any future paid membership would be a separate, optional offer requiring your agreement; free founding membership does not authorise charges. Consultancy, training, events, production and other project services require their own agreed terms and any stated fees. RIM will communicate material changes to membership arrangements before they take effect. Membership of this network does not confer membership of any other organisation with which RIM is affiliated.
